Mr. Kishor Jadhav the son of Ex Captain of Indian Army Mr. B.S Jadhav & Grandson of Subhedaar Major Yashvantrao kakade. Basically he is born & brought up with flavor of soil, in his personality at a very tender age of around 13 yrs; he stepped in to business of agricultural products & milk dairy. His early education was in Central school. Virtues like duty, social responsibility, integrity, personal courage were inculcated in him at this stage. During college years, a leader in him took shape, be it building of a temple in village or starting a bus service for village students. He did his Master of Arts in Hindi Literature from Mumbai university, worked as a professor in (Hindi Rajyabhasha) at Central Hindi Directorate (केंद्रीय हिंदी निदेशालय) which comes under the department of MINISTRY OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT. ( मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय).
Their mother was very close to their heart. But she was detected with cancer. As a child this was very sad Circumstance of his life & in very short period of treatment or time he lost his mother in 2004. That movement was unrecoverable part of their life. At the same day he decided to learn about cancer. What are the reasons of cancer? How the cancer is cover whole body of human being? Etc. to understand the basic reason of cancer he attend the lecture with CIPLA cancer center .which stated that one of the main reasons of cancer is eating food with chemical residues. This moved his life. He lost his mother, but determined to live his life for a higher purpose. When he heard about the slogan “To Save The Mother Earth” he decided to work with Green Planet. This became motto of his life. Mr Kishor Jadhav, along with his wife, Sulakshna Jadhav declared and dedicated their lives for this cause.
Business Career
Mr Kishor Jadhav is the first generation entrepreneur with the motivation to cure the soil and in effect cure the people of our agricultural based country. Dedicated to organic farming, he has over a decade of rich experience of working on it. While working with a renowned company like L&T he worked in an innovative and solution based way. He also worked for Pune Express Highway. In 2001 he joined with Swadeshi marketing company for 3 to 4 yrs he worked in marketing department to handle the strategies of marketing & the 7 ps of marketing.
Since He is a born orator, he inspired farmers all over the India and created a base of more than 3, 00,000 – 3, 50,000 farmers. Arranging seminars for them, providing organic fertilizers to them, he worked for the farmers and their farm all over India .Having gained a distinguished experience, his next venture was starting his own company, Green Value bio products Pvt. Ltd.ISO 9001:2008 certified Company, established on 27th of January 2011. The basic objectives of the company are “save the farm save the farmer”. He worked on Bacterial culture farming which was a unique and result oriented concept. With a team of scientists, he focused on Research and Development, and came up with products like Sugarcane Kit, Fruit and vegetable kit and many such products for farms .These products worked miraculously in fields, and yielded great results. All these products are ICAR approved. Green Value has also started Nutritional farming, so that Nutritional value doesn’t only stay on paper, but actually reaches to the consumer with every bolus of food.
With the knowledge and experience of these companies, taking into consideration, the need of organic food in cities, Mr Jadhav moved to his next undertaking, Shree Siddhivinayak Multistate Agro and Allied Co operative Society Ltd. Which is based on the vital concept i.e Farmer’s Welfare Society.
